1. In case the tour begins with one hour delay and the visitor does not accompany the tour.

2.   In case any reason beyond tour operator’s control hindering the tour operation, like unexpected national rules and regulations, excessively bad weather,  natural disasters, provincial or national rallies at the sites to be visited, and so on occur.
